We pay for a lot of tech and software but there are 3 main systems that we have made accessible to you.
- Arthur Online – used to manage tenancies
- PayProp – used to manage payments
- FixFlo – used to manage maintenance
Accessing these systems is completely optional for you. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you please.
We’ll tell you what they do and then you can decide whether you want to use them to monitor your property from time-to-time. The goal here is full transparency, so you can see that we’re doing our job properly.
📄 Arthur Online
What we use it for:
- Referencing applicants
- Creating tenancies
- Tenant and Landlord comms
What it means to you
Arthur is all about tenancies!
It gives our Landlords a high-level overview of occupancy, rent amounts or how long a tenancy runs for.
Arthur does have functionality for monitoring financials and also maintenance but we use different systems for these.
There is a Landlord App available for Arthur Online that you’re welcome to use. Its scope is limited so our recommendation is to skip the app and just email us if you need some tenancy information.

What we use it for
- Rent Collection
- Paying Contractors and Landlords
- Sending Statements
- Chasing Arrears
What it means to you
We’ll email your statements monthly but for those who want a real-time view of their income and outgoings, you’ll love the PayProp app. From there you can see your income, outgoings and also generate statements.
Your ‘Welcome Email’ is sent to you when we add you to PayProp. If you need the invite re-sending just let us know.

🔧 FixFlo
What We Use It For
- Monitoring and instructing reactive and planned maintenance across our portfolio.
- Allows our Tenants to report reactive maintenance 24/7 in 40+ languages.
- For issues within the Tenant’s remit, such as mildew and blown light bulbs, Fixflo gives them in-system guidance so they can resolve them themselves.
What it means to you
- You can log in to FixFlo to view and stay on top of any issues reported at your properties
- Have peace of mind that your properties are being managed in compliance with regulation
- FixFlo helps to solve issues quickly, keeping your tenants happy
