Portus are actively acquiring property for development purposes. These are either sold after refurbishment or retained and managed by us. We manage everything in-house throughout the lifecycle of the asset – from aquisition and refurbishment to lettings or asset disposal. This stuff really makes us tick!

- Multiple exits – We will only ever buy properties with multiple exits. This gives us a back-up plan if things change unexpectedly.
How can you get involved?
Angel investing is a good way to start your investment journey if you don’t yet have the knowledge to work on projects of your own. We offer limited opportunities to invest in our projects for returns of 6-10% annually. For more information, get in touch and speak to a member of our team.

Joint Venture Partner
A joint venture (JV) is a formalised partnership between a developer and investor. This is usually a long-term business relationship where both parties end up jointly owning a property. It’s not something we enter into lightly.
If you invested funds as a JV Partner you could expect to have a project sourced, refurbished and managed on your behalf.
