Set in a leafy street in Fairfield, this semi-detached home was lovingly converted in 2020 to form six en-suite bedrooms. Neutral colours are coupled with custom birch-ply joinery to give a Scandi-feel throughout. It really was made with millennials in mind and that shows.

 

The Tour

The house, a red-brick semi converted for the co-living market, is set back from the street behind a privet hedge and modest front garden. On entering, the hallway has LVT wood-effect flooring which continues throughout the ground floor into an open plan kitchen and living room which is situated at the back of the house overlooking the yard. The kitchen, boasting a breakfast bar, smart TV and American fridge-freezer, has been designed to be a sociable space that encourages well-being and good times.

The first and largest bedroom is on the ground floor and enjoys the full bay window which looks out into the front garden. Upstairs are three more bedrooms on the first floor and another two on the second floor which is a dormer loft conversion.
