Make your Rent Count
Improving your credit score can be hard when you're renting, which is why we have partnered with Credit Ladder.
Credit Ladder reports your rent payments to major credit reference agencies to improve your score as quickly as possible. There are free and paid options.

Maintenance
Please report any maintenance issues to us by email or using the contact form below. A brief description will be needed and photos are always helpful too.
We will always try to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if we, or anybody working for us, need access to your home; except in the event of an emergency where we feel that you or the property are at risk.
Timescales for repair
An emergency is anything that is an immediate danger to the safety of your or your housemates. For example, exposed electrical cables.
An urgent repair materially affects your comfort and convenience. For example, broken shower.
A non-urgent repair is one that does not fall in to the above two categories. For example, broken chair.
Remember, not everything needs reporting and with some good common sense you should be able to resolve most issues. Refer to you tenant handbook if you are unsure of anything.
